Refund Policy

• Free trial: there's nothing to refund. The trial doesn't ask for a card.
• Monthly plan: cancel anytime. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for, and we don't refund partial months.
• Yearly plan: if you cancel within 14 days of your first yearly payment, we'll refund it in full. After that, you keep access until the end of the year you paid for, and we don't refund the unused part.
• Charged by mistake: if you were charged twice or by error, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right.

How to cancel or ask for a refund

Cancel in the app under Settings, then Plan & billing. For a refund, email [email protected] from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show up in 5 to 10 business days.
